Manual, Group Building Activity
This document will give you guideline to frame your ideas in the preparation of your activity, workshop or project. A step by step manual to start from the chaos of an emerging idea until a written project.
The aim is to give the needed support to EVS volunteers in the difficult task of organizing ideas and frame them in a formal way.
To give young people opportunity to create their own project and give more sense of their actions.
Increase the team spirit in a group of young people, by developing their initiatives.
This tool has been designed to galvanize our group of EVS volunteer, and give them support in developing their own activities.
This tool can be used with any youth group and in various context.
We have made a distinction between three distinct units: activity, workshop and project according to their length.
And so you can use the part that fit your needs or let your creativity free!
This tool is a step by step document that will give support in the process to clarify your idea:
First Step – What do you have to think about before starting?
Second Step – Keys to structure my activity/workshop/project?
Third Step – Frame your ideas!
Fourth Step – Plan it!
Joined to the manual there are some forms to give inspiration in structuring the initiatives.
Joined to the manual itself there is an activity called "Activity Draft", which is an activity that give them a inspiration to design a project from beginning.
This tool is available in English and in French.
