The Guide is built on the principles of collaboration, citizen participation, and collective intelligence as starting elements to enable youth to take the wheel and become the voice of their regions, municipalities, and community, expanding their knowledge and skills to an active dimension of participation, breaking the geographical isolation, and establishing a network of organizations and communities that serve as a meeting point for the reflection and action.
